CRO Manager

About the role

Orbio World builds scalable systems and products for global e-commerce, and its Brands team is looking for a CRO Manager. You will oversee the team's workflow, run end-to-end experiments, analyze data in depth and develop conversion funnels to find optimization opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRO projects: use the team's UX/UI designer, copywriter and data analyst to generate ideas, set timelines and deadlines, and keep quality aligned with OKRs and risk assessment.
• Create an experiments roadmap with the Brand Owner and the Head of CRO, assign tasks, give continuous feedback and evaluate quality.
• Oversee tests and their execution, and perform data and performance analysis, generating hypotheses and taking ownership of them.
• Collaborate with IT, Product and Marketing to find compromises that give the best results, and adapt the roadmap to changing market conditions.

Required profile

• Experience with digital optimization, digital marketing or customer research.
• Hands-on experience preparing and maintaining an optimization program using an iterative approach (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize).
• Solid understanding of experimental data, AB testing statistics, key product metrics, business processes and inbound marketing tactics.
• Ability to gather insights from qualitative and quantitative data to inform test hypotheses.
• Technical understanding is not required but basic HTML and CSS is welcomed.

Required skills

• Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics or other analytics suites.
• AB testing and conversion optimization.
