Customer Advocacy Generalist

About the role

As a Customer Advocacy Generalist at Dexcom, you will evaluate customer complaints, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support continuous quality improvements across our medical device portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate all customer complaint documentation accurately and promptly.
• Document and maintain investigation records in line with international regulations (e.g., 820, MDD, ISO, Canada).
• Assist with Medical Device Reporting and investigate returned products.
• Write Manufacturer Incident Reports (MIR) and submit to appropriate authorities.
• Identify and resolve problems through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support internal, external, and third‑party audits.
• Perform routine complaint system data entry and related administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English with strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Detail‑oriented and focused on consistent, high‑quality work.
