Customer Advocacy Generalist

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Customer Advocacy Generalist to join its Vilnius team. In this role you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring complaints are handled accurately, promptly, and in compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate all customer complaint documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Document and maintain investigation records in line with regulations such as 21 CFR 820, MDD, ISO, and Canadian requirements.
• Assist with Medical Device Reporting and analyze returned product investigations.
• Prepare and submit Manufacturer Incident Reports (MIR) to the appropriate authorities.
• Identify root‑cause issues and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence‑based decisions.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently and within a multicultural team.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to work hybrid, splitting time between home and the Vilnius office.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR 820, MDD, ISO, Canadian regulations).
• Experience conducting complaint investigations and preparing incident reports.
• Familiarity with Medical Device Reporting processes.
