Customer Care Manager

About the role

As a Customer Care Manager at Girteka Group, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, ensuring they receive high‑quality, professional support across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and chat, providing accurate shipment tracking and delivery information.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues that arise during cargo transportation.
• Keep customer records up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Support administrative logistics tasks such as data entry and document management.
• Utilise internal and customer‑facing systems to deliver efficient service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail, responsibility and diligence.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information simultaneously.
• Higher education qualification.
