Customer Care Representative II

About the role

Cencora is seeking a Customer Care Representative II to join its fast‑growing Shared Service Center in Lithuania. You will ensure smooth order processing and provide outstanding service across multiple communication channels while collaborating with warehouse, sales, and manufacturer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues such as missed shipments, price adjustments, backorders and strive for prompt resolution.
• Process phone, fax, mail, e‑mail, dropship and verbal orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely handling.
• Coordinate special orders, quotations and manufacturer calls together with field sales associates.
• Provide accurate answers to product and service inquiries; escalate when necessary.
• Research backorder alternatives, contact manufacturers for delivery information and suggest substitutions.
• Communicate with all Distribution Center departments and act as liaison between customers and field sales.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management or related field.
• Preferred certifications: HDI‑CSR, CCSS or equivalent.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Good decision‑making, analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management systems.
