Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator at Puratos, you will be the main point of contact for customers and partners, ensuring smooth order processing, logistics coordination, and high‑quality support for the sales team. The role bridges customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and business partners.
• Coordinate order processing, confirmations, deliveries, and freight transportation.
• Manage daily operations and relationships with external warehouse partners.
• Prepare invoices, reports, and other administrative documentation.
• Support the local sales team with customer needs and business objectives.
• Maintain and update the company website and e‑shop platform, handling content translation and localization.
• Facilitate information flow between local stakeholders and international suppliers across Europe.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination or a similar administrative role.
• Interest or experience in marketing and digital content management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Lithuanian and English.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
