Customer Service Manager

About the role

The Customer Service Manager will be the main point of contact for clients on a daily basis, ensuring a high‑quality experience while coordinating order processing, logistics and documentation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients on‑site, provide consultations and resolve inquiries.
• Receive and administrate orders, create related documents and enter data into the CRM system.
• Allocate orders to laboratories and manage internal logistics between company departments.
• Prepare travel documentation and handle the issuance of VAT invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and support cross‑functional project timelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or client support.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Excel and AI tools.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a dynamic team.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
