Customer Service Representative (Norwegian)

About the role

Join Transcom as a Norwegian‑speaking Customer Service Representative and be the front line of support for a fast‑growing food industry start‑up in Europe. You will handle customer queries via phone or chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and chat, delivering accurate information and solutions.
• Share knowledge, propose process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance project success.

Required profile

• Fluent Norwegian (C1) and strong English (B2+) communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, empathy, and active listening.
• Quick learner who can adapt to change and absorb new information rapidly.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
