Customer Service Specialist – Email Only (Night Shift)

About the role

Fleming is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to handle email‑only inquiries during the night shift. You will support users of our wellness and lifestyle apps, helping them resolve issues and providing a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Handle routine cases and gradually take on more complex issues.
• Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and service teams.
• Participate in team meetings and suggest process enhancements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Calm, empathetic, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Organised with good time‑management abilities.
• Interest in health and wellness is a plus.
