Customer Tax Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Customer Tax Reporting Specialist will ensure that Danske Bank’s customers in the Nordics receive accurate tax treatment and that the bank complies with national tax reporting, FATCA/CRS and related regulatory requirements. The role is based in Vilnius and works in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania and India.

Key responsibilities

• Handle self‑certificate forms, perform sanity checks, manage letter campaigns and coordinate with Relationship Managers and IT teams.
• Conduct complex analysis of tax reporting data, identify and correct reporting rejections from tax authorities, and ensure end‑to‑end compliance with Danish regulatory requirements.
• Create business documentation, support process improvements, and perform quality assurance testing of customer data and banking products.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar tax reporting or compliance role.
• Higher education in Finance, Economics or a related field is a plus.
• Analytical, structured approach with a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude.

Required skills

• Upper‑intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
