About the role

We are looking for a leader to head our multi‑apartment maintenance group in Vilnius. You will be responsible for improving the condition of our residential buildings, increasing property value, and delivering a high‑quality living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of work supervisors and maintenance specialists, developing managers and fostering a culture of responsibility.
• Own the performance of the unit, managing KPIs, budget, expenses and reporting.
• Analyse data and make fact‑based decisions to optimise processes and resolve resident issues completely.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, systems and AI tools for more efficient work.
• Contribute to the long‑term condition improvement and value preservation of multi‑apartment buildings.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team with demonstrable results.
• Background in multi‑apartment building administration, technical maintenance or operation.
• Understanding of building engineering systems – electricity, heating, structural elements.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Curiosity about technology and ability to work with various systems and AI tools.
• Clear, correct communication and a results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to handle critical situations beyond regular office hours.
