DevOps Engineer – Customer Experience & Data

About the role

Join Luminor's Data Platform Unit as a DevOps Engineer, shaping the reliability, scalability and efficiency of data platforms that empower the bank’s technology and business teams to build data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop automation tools and software to improve operational efficiency, reliability and developer experience across DevOps, ITOps and engineering teams.
• Design, build and manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and automation best practices.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and observability with Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch to ensure platform health and performance.
• Create dashboards, metrics and alerts that provide actionable insights and enable proactive issue detection.
• Support incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews to continuously improve platform stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE roles with a strong track record of managing cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services, Terraform/Terragrunt and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Argo CD).
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS).
• Fluent English for Pan‑Baltic collaboration.
