DevOps Engineer – Observability & Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our monitoring, logging, alerting and metrics ecosystem across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and on‑premise environments. The role focuses on visibility and reliability while offering growth opportunities into broader platform engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts and metrics pipelines using Grafana, Prometheus and Loki.
• Own log collection, monitoring and continuous improvement of aggregation and analysis.
• Collect and standardise metrics across OCI and on‑premise systems.
• Improve and standardise existing monitoring and metrics‑collection tooling.
• Collaborate with developers to make services observable by design.
• Support infrastructure and application deployments, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), Terraform, Nomad and HashiCorp Vault as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Prometheus and Grafana (dashboards, alerting, basic PromQL).
• Experience with log aggregation and analysis tools such as Loki or ELK.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Comfortable working with Docker and Linux environments.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash and Go (or similar languages).
• Practical experience with Claude Code and AI coding agents.
• Nice‑to‑have experience with OCI, GitLab CI, Terraform, Nomad and HashiCorp Vault.
