DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and operate modern cloud‑native delivery platforms. You will work closely with software engineers and architects to automate infrastructure, improve deployment reliability, and boost developer productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Kubernetes‑based platforms.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD and GitOps principles.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Implement observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting) using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or ELK.
• Standardise deployment, security and operational best practices across engineering teams.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability, scalability and performance.
• Support engineering enablement initiatives through reusable platform components.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
• Solid knowledge of Terraform for IaC.
• Experience implementing observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and container technologies such as Docker.
• Understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel when required.
