Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist

About the role

Join VMG Group as a Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist and help shape the digital growth of our international B2B businesses. In this role you will strengthen our digital presence, expand reach in global markets, and transform complex products and technologies into measurable lead‑generation results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise VMG Group’s international B2B websites.
• Implement technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO across 50+ markets.
• Create and optimise landing pages, lead‑generation forms and conversion funnels.
• Develop automated lead‑nurturing workflows, email campaigns and CRM integrations.
• Analyse website and marketing performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, web operations or technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation and search intent.
• Experience with Semrush or Ahrefs, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
• Professional proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
• Data‑driven approach focused on web performance, user behaviour and conversion optimisation.
