EDD QC Analyst

About the role

The EDD QC Analyst performs quality control reviews of Enhanced Due Diligence cases to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate case documentation, risk assessments, and supporting evidence, identifying gaps, errors, or missing information before approval or escalation.
• Review high‑risk customer profiles, investigate anomalies, discrepancies, and exceptions according to established procedures.
• Partner with analysts, case owners, and stakeholders to provide feedback, resolve issues, and support remediation efforts.
• Track review results, document findings, and maintain accurate records for audit readiness and reporting.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring quality issues and recommending workflow, control, and documentation enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience in quality control, review, or analysis within EDD, AML, KYC, due diligence, compliance, or a related financial services environment.
• Knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence processes, risk‑based review methodologies, and regulatory/compliance expectations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and control gaps.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple reviews and meeting deadlines.
