Electronics Design Engineer (PCB & Hardware)

About the role

Join the engineering team in Vilnius to develop advanced electronics solutions from concept to working prototype. You will focus on PCB design, hardware testing, and bringing innovative thermal‑imaging products to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design and simulate analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits under senior guidance.
• Create schematics and multi‑layer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
• Select components based on performance, availability, cost and industry standards.
• Prototype, assemble, test and evaluate hardware to validate designs.
• Debug board‑level issues with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and multimeters; assist with RF circuit bring‑up and antenna verification when needed.
• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to integrate hardware into final products and prepare documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in hardware design and PCB layout.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with microcontrollers, sensors and standard serial protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
• Experience with multi‑layer (4+ layers) PCB layout and high‑speed signal routing.
• Knowledge of power‑supply design (buck/boost converters, LDOs) and basic signal processing.
