Electronics Engineer – R&D (Telematics)

About the role

Join Teltonika's R&D team in Vilnius as an Electronics Engineer, focusing on innovative telematics products. You will design new devices from concept to mass production and develop testing equipment to ensure high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic products, from schematic to PCB layout.
• Perform prototype measurements, create testing scenarios, and tune antennas.
• Collaborate with production, software, and other departments.
• Use professional measurement equipment for analysis and problem solving.

Required profile

• Higher engineering education (electrical/electronics).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tools.
• Ability to read technical documentation in English.

Required skills

• Altium Designer (or equivalent schematic/PCB software).
• Analog and digital circuit design.
• Circuit simulation using LTspice or similar.
• Soldering SMD components.
• High‑frequency circuit design rules.
• Antenna measurement, tuning and design.
• RF and EMC knowledge.
• Experience with vehicle data transmission interfaces.
• PCB simulation software.
