Email Marketing Manager

About the role

WhiteBridge AI is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of large‑scale email campaigns. You will work closely with product and growth teams to drive user engagement, sales, and client satisfaction through data‑driven, AI‑powered personalization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously A/B test email campaigns for a registered user base.
• Develop lifecycle orchestration strategies, advanced segmentation, and list hygiene processes.
• Ensure deliverability, technical compliance, and optimal performance across email vendors.
• Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee creative strategy, content creation, and omnichannel integration (SMS, messengers, push notifications).
• Manage relationships with email service providers and MarTech tools.
• Stay current on AI and email marketing trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager, preferably in a growth‑oriented startup.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale email databases and paid marketing channels.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
