Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

Join the Retention team at Orbio World to own and optimise email and SMS campaigns that drive loyalty and shape a beloved brand. You will work closely with designers, copywriters and data analysts to create engaging, conversion‑focused communications for millions of global users.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end execution of email and SMS campaigns, from concept to launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Build, schedule and optimise campaigns using email & SMS platforms.
• Set up and manage automated flows such as welcome, post‑purchase and re‑engagement sequences.
• Segment audiences and personalise messaging based on user behaviour.
• Monitor performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and share insights with the team.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, timing and other variables.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce conversion‑driven content.
• Support list growth, maintain database hygiene and organise contacts.
• Stay up‑to‑date on deliverability, GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and best practices in email & SMS marketing.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in email marketing (internships count).
• Strong curiosity about customer behaviour and why campaigns succeed or fail.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and a focus on improving them.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Interest in building a career in digital marketing.
