Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join Premia KPC, a leading ice‑cream and frozen‑dessert producer in Lithuania and part of the international Froneri group. You will work closely with senior management, providing financial insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial results and key business indicators.
• Prepare and analyse profit & loss statements and cash‑flow reports.
• Monitor sales, margins, costs, unit economics and KPI trends.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts, comparing actuals with plans.
• Produce weekly financial reports and investigate variances.
• Identify drivers of financial changes and present insights to senior leadership.
• Present analyses in international meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in financial analysis, financial control or a related field.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Strong ability to analyse results and assess deviations from budgets.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the capacity to turn data into business insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• Familiarity with Navision (preferred).
