Financial Analyst

About the role

Wire Salad builds fast‑growing consumer brands across fitness, skincare, health and pet care. As a Financial Analyst you will become the go‑to person for management to quickly understand the financial impact of decisions across multiple markets, entities and currencies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key KPIs and collaborate with Data Engineers to automate dashboard feeds.
• Prepare monthly management reports including P&L analysis, cash‑flow, budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and profitability across products, brands and markets.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, scenario planning and strategic decisions.
• Track performance versus budget/forecast and investigate material variances.
• Partner with marketing to evaluate ad‑spend efficiency, acquisition performance and overall profitability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, audit, consulting or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, management accounting and budgeting.
• Excellent Excel proficiency and sharp analytical mindset.
• Ability to pull data from multiple systems and reconcile inconsistencies.
• Commercial mindset focused on why results occurred, not just what they are.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
