Financial Controller – Global Functions & Lithuanian Entity

About the role

Take a key role in ensuring high‑quality financial reporting, budgeting and financial transparency for a growing global organization. As a Financial Controller you will partner with Global Functions and the Lithuanian entity, providing analysis, insight and support for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting for the Lithuanian entity.
• Maintain and improve cost‑allocation and charge models.
• Ensure correct cost treatment, including accruals, capitalizations and prepayments.
• Manage period‑close activities and reporting according to Group timelines.
• Provide insightful cost reports and financial explanations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Effective communicator able to translate complex financial processes into clear insights.
• Methodical, collaborative and detail‑oriented finance professional.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2–3+ years experience as a financial controller or analyst.
• Good understanding of LT GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• SAP ERP system.
• Power BI, Qlik or Looker for reporting and analytics.
