About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team at Cgates, a leading provider of home internet and next‑generation TV services in Lithuania. The role involves turning operational and financial data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data and deliver clear insights.
• Prepare, refine and present monthly management reports and KPI summaries.
• Act as a finance partner to business units, assisting with planning, result evaluation and financial impact analysis.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and continuously improve reporting processes.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, analysing variances and their root causes.
• Develop business cases and investment analyses to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control, analysis or a similar position.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large data sets.
• Excellent ability to present information clearly and in a structured manner.
• Good command of English.
