About the role

Join Luminor Group as a Financial Advisor specializing in housing loan modifications. You will work with an existing client portfolio, providing tailored financial solutions and supporting the growth of our banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing client portfolio and execute housing loan contract changes and corrections.
• Conduct private client consultations, identify needs, and propose optimal financial solutions.
• Sell banking products and daily banking services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adding value and ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Achieve individual and team targets.
• Complete assigned tasks on time while adhering to internal bank procedures and responsibilities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in financial product sales.
• Higher education, preferably in finance.
• Good knowledge of bank services and products, with experience serving private clients.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian; English and Russian are a plus.
• Quick, independent problem‑solving skills and adaptability to change.
