About the role

Join Luminor Group as a Financial Advisor focused on mortgage loan modifications. You will work with an existing client portfolio, providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and adjust existing housing loan contracts and corrections.
• Consult private clients on product offerings, identify needs, and propose optimal financial solutions.
• Sell banking products and daily banking services.
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with current clients, adding value and ensuring satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team targets while adhering to internal banking procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in financial product sales.
• Higher education, preferably in finance.
• Good knowledge of banking services and experience serving private clients.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian; English and Russian are a plus.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and independently in non‑standard situations.
