Fraud Analyst

About the role

Eneba is looking for a proactive Fraud Analyst to own the end‑to‑end fraud prevention process for one of its core products. You will work closely with product, payments, data and engineering teams to detect, investigate and mitigate fraudulent activity while maintaining a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets with SQL to uncover fraud patterns, anomalies and emerging attack vectors.
• Design, write and optimise dynamic fraud‑risk rules that scale with business growth.
• Own 3DS decisioning across multiple countries, determining when additional authentication is required.
• Monitor and improve false‑positive rates, balancing fraud prevention with conversion and user experience.
• Track fraud trends, produce reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fraud analysis, payments risk or risk management with clear ownership of outcomes.
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience working with large data sets.
• Effective communication ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Confidence in making data‑backed decisions and owning their impact.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
