Fullstack Developer – HR & Payroll SaaS

About the role

Digmatix is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join its Pay Team, building and maintaining modern SaaS HR & Payroll products. You will work on the Employee Self Service Portal and HR Office solutions, collaborating with product experts, consultants, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new features for Digmatix HR & Payroll applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic with C#/.NET.
• Create and enhance integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Support CI/CD automation and troubleshoot technical issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience building web applications with React and TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience developing backend solutions in C#/.NET.
• Strong focus on usability and user experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Good communication skills in English and a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
