Furniture Construction Engineer

About the role

FITSOUT designs and manufactures custom furniture and interior solutions for international retail and hospitality projects. As a Furniture Construction Engineer you will see your designs evolve from 3D models to real‑world products.

Key responsibilities

• Design non‑standard furniture, structures and components.
• Create 3D models and prepare 2D production and verification drawings.
• Develop practical construction solutions using wood, metal and other materials.
• Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technologists, project managers and the production team to solve technical challenges and improve designs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in furniture construction, design or a related engineering field.
• Ability to work with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Understanding of structural logic, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong focus on accuracy and high‑quality results.
• Technical or engineering education is a plus, but practical skills and portfolio are most important.
