About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Worker to join our fast‑growing food supplement manufacturing plant in Vilnius. You will be part of a dedicated team that handles the full production cycle, from raw‑material preparation to final packaging and shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment for manufacturing and packaging of capsules, powders, teas and other supplement formats.
• Weigh and prepare raw materials according to production orders.
• Package finished products, ensuring correct labeling and quality standards.
• Prepare products for storage and coordinate dispatch to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation.
• Follow established production processes and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Responsible, meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Physically fit for work on a production line.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and master production processes.
