About the role

We are looking for a Production Planner to join the international team at DS Smith Packaging Lithuania. The role involves planning and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure efficient resource use, smooth inter‑team collaboration and timely order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan production processes based on data analysis.
• Schedule and control manufacturing tasks, considering equipment, raw material costs and workforce to optimise the process.
• Maintain continuous communication with production supervisors, purchasing and sales managers, and raw‑material suppliers to guarantee smooth operations.
• Adapt to a variable work schedule from 06:00 to 19:30, with weekends and public holidays off (trial period 08:00‑17:00).

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing processes.
• Higher education in a scientific field.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision‑making under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of English or Russian (Russian at least basic).
• Ability to see the broader company picture and focus on goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
