About the role

We are looking for a Warranty Maintenance Engineer to join our team and ensure the high quality of newly built multi‑apartment residential projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will work with modern housing developments that incorporate advanced engineering systems, smart control solutions, and strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the condition of new‑construction multi‑family building structures and engineering systems.
• Identify technical faults and defects, and coordinate their remediation.
• Organise and control the execution of warranty‑related works.
• Collaborate with contractors, residents, and other project stakeholders.
• Perform technical supervision of assets and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and related paperwork.
• Provide recommendations for technical solutions and process improvements.

Required profile

• Higher education in construction, civil engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in building technical supervision, operation or warranty maintenance.
• Valid certification as a building technical supervision manager (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction technical regulations and legal acts.
• Ability to plan work independently and make decisions.
• Responsibility, initiative and result‑orientation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
