About the role

The Lithuanian Center for the Education of the Blind and Partially Sighted is expanding its team of German‑speaking specialists who will work with children from German families. Multiple positions are available, including preschool teachers, pre‑school teachers, department head, psychologist, speech therapist, physical‑education teacher, music teacher and teacher assistant.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver educational activities in German, tailored to the needs of children with visual impairments.
• Plan and implement curricula for early childhood, special education, and extracurricular subjects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support each child's development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Responsible and creative attitude towards child education.
• Willingness to contribute to high‑quality teaching and growth of German‑speaking families.
• Relevant qualifications for the specific role (e.g., teaching certificate, psychology or speech‑therapy degree).

Required skills

• Fluent German language proficiency.
