German‑Speaking Customer Service Representative (Part‑Time, Vilnius)

About the role

The Customer Service team at Unisys supports global clients by delivering reliable IT solutions and assistance. As a German‑speaking representative you will work part‑time from our Vilnius office, helping customers troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring service continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT‑related technical issues using your technical and customer‑service skills.
• Guide clients through steps to restore functionality and either solve the issue or forward it to Level 2 support.
• Coordinate service requests, follow up with cross‑functional teams and use the knowledge base to close tickets.
• Collaborate with colleagues on problem‑solving and identify major service solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent English and native‑level German language skills.
• Experience in telephone technical support or a customer‑service environment (advantageous).
• Strong familiarity with the Windows operating system and MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team‑player attitude.
