Global PR Project Manager

About the role

Join the Avia Solutions Group PR team and lead international public‑relations projects for a fast‑growing aviation group. You will strengthen brand awareness, shape reputation, and manage communications for the Group and its subsidiaries worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global PR strategies and campaigns for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Plan, write and distribute press releases, articles, thought‑leadership pieces and other communication content.
• Pitch stories to international and Lithuanian media and secure coverage.
• Collaborate with the copywriting team: brief writers, manage timelines and ensure high‑quality output.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts across aviation and business sectors.
• Secure speaking opportunities for Group representatives at industry events, panels, podcasts and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor AI developments and identify opportunities to integrate relevant insights and technologies into PR activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PR and communications project management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of media relations and proven ability to build effective media contacts.
• Exceptional planning, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
