Graduate Business Developer – FX Financial Solutions

About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its Vilnius office as a Business Developer focused on foreign‑exchange (FX) financial solutions. You will start a fast‑track sales career in a FinTech environment, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Research prospects, understand their payment and FX needs, and present tailored Ebury solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, with earnings directly linked to performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
• Build a network of contacts in international markets and develop deep knowledge of global trade and financial products.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic recent graduate with a strong desire to work in B2B sales.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and business‑level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and eager to learn.
