Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing Ads

About the role

We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Performance Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating high-converting digital ads and compelling visual content. If you love designing eye‑catching ad creatives, short‑form videos, and engaging visuals that drive results on platforms like Meta and Google, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting visual creatives, from static ads to short‑form videos, across paid media channels (especially Meta).
• Create short videos that drive results, including user‑generated content (UGC) style.
• Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands, maintaining quality across various styles and formats.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and iterate on data‑backed ideas.
• Move fast, adapt quickly, and iterate based on performance insights.

Required profile

• Practical experience working with Adobe Premiere for video ads.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Figma for static ads.
• Confidence working with short‑form video formats, including UGC style.
• Curious, agile, and results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to use AI creative tools as part of the process.
• Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable across different brands and styles.
• Own your work from ideation to delivery and manage time and deadlines well.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Lithuanian.
