Growth Manager – Email Marketing

About the role

Fleming, a developer of wellness and lifestyle apps with over 2 million customers worldwide, is seeking a Growth Manager to own and grow its email channel. The role works closely with marketing and growth teams to design, execute and optimise email campaigns that boost engagement, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the growth strategy for the email channel, including campaigns, automations and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop high‑performing email campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Write compelling, conversion‑focused copy for different audiences and customer journeys.
• Set up, manage, test and optimise automated and manual email campaigns in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Plan and run A/B tests on messaging, subject lines, CTAs, segmentation, timing and other variables.
• Analyse email performance, identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Continuously experiment with new ideas, formats and approaches to increase engagement, conversions and retention.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all email communications.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing or copywriting.
• Strong understanding of email marketing and growth best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation and customer journeys.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms (campaign setup, automation flows, testing, audience segmentation).
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to turn insights into persuasive messaging.
• Data‑driven and analytical mindset, using performance insights to guide decisions and prioritise growth opportunities.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable experimenting and testing new ideas.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
