Growth Manager

About the role

We’re looking to grow our team with a Growth Manager whose main super‑power is turning clicks into revenue and building high‑performing funnels from scratch. You will own the customer journey, test new angles and squeeze out every drop of conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Build & launch complete funnels – from market research and ideation to content creation and live launch.
• Obsess over CRO by monitoring and fixing drop‑off points across the acquisition journey (landing page, quiz, checkout, purchase).
• Maximize average order value through post‑purchase upsell offers and flow optimisation.
• Collaborate with email marketing to ensure backend triggers, abandoned‑cart flows and transactional emails fire correctly.

Required profile

• Proven track record in building, testing and scaling acquisition funnels from scratch.
• Strong ability to identify bottlenecks and run A/B tests that move key metrics.
• Experience designing post‑purchase upsell, cross‑sell and other revenue‑boosting flows.
• Hands‑on execution mindset – you can map the funnel, create content and align messaging with conversion goals.
• Effective cross‑functional communication with email marketers and tech teams.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
