About the role

Join Sweco's accredited soil testing laboratory as a Technical Laboratory Employee. You will work with specialized equipment and software to conduct a variety of soil investigations that support sustainable infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform soil tests using accredited laboratory equipment and dedicated programs.
• Prepare detailed test reports and deliver them to clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure test results meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Secondary education (high school) or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar laboratory or testing environment (preferred).
• Attention to detail, responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with soil testing equipment.
