Head of Accounting – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Head of Accounting to lead and develop our accounting operations across e‑commerce and manufacturing divisions. You will own all core accounting processes, ensure accurate financial reporting and build scalable finance policies for a fast‑growing health‑and‑wellness group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close, preparation of annual financial statements and reporting under IFRS or US GAAP.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, vendor and payment management, and invoice approval.
• Design and implement internal controls, fraud‑prevention and scam‑detection procedures.
• Develop and continuously improve accounting policies and processes for both e‑commerce and manufacturing entities.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior accounting leader (Head, Director or equivalent).
• Strong background in international accounting with IFRS or US GAAP expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable finance operations and policies.
• Experience working in e‑commerce and/or manufacturing environments is a plus.
