Head Of Business Unit

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially‑minded Head of Business Unit to drive rapid growth and scale new operations within Eneba’s gaming marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability – set KPIs, build reporting, and make pricing and investment decisions.
• Launch a new business line from scratch, validate the opportunity and generate real revenue.
• Define positioning, pricing and channel strategy, plan market entry and own the launch execution.
• Coordinate product, engineering, marketing and finance teams, surfacing blockers early without direct authority.
• Replace manual workarounds with scalable processes and institutionalise repeatable playbooks.
• Develop a 12‑24 month growth strategy, identify new market opportunities and build hypothesis‑driven testing frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a high‑growth B2C startup or ecommerce marketplace, owning and scaling a key growth metric.
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen – building sophisticated models and turning data into actionable strategy.
• Track record of leading large‑scale projects from concept to market‑ready execution.
• Ability to thrive in unstructured, high‑velocity environments and create order from chaos.
• People‑management experience (leading teams of 10+ is a plus) with executive presence.
• Result‑driven “Get Things Done” mindset and excellent English communication skills.
