Head of E-Commerce

About the role

Hostinger is building an AI‑first company and is looking for a Head of E‑Commerce to shape the future of agentic commerce. You will own the product vision, drive strategy, and turn AI advances into market‑leading ecommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the ecommerce product vision, strategy, priorities and key bets.
• Integrate agentic commerce concepts into product decisions and customer experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities that increase merchant sales, adoption, retention and revenue.
• Challenge traditional ecommerce assumptions and explore AI‑driven discovery and buying flows.
• Build, develop and lead a high‑performing ecommerce team.
• Translate customer insights, data and market shifts into experiments and scalable products.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data and AI teams to execute strategy.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ecommerce products, platforms, ecosystems and merchant needs.
• Proven product leadership experience owning a significant product area or business line.
• Business‑mindset linking product decisions to customer value, growth and revenue.
• Active exploration of AI and agentic commerce and ability to turn them into product opportunities.
• Strategic thinker who can turn market ambiguity into focused product bets.
• Track record of building or scaling products with measurable outcomes.
• Leadership skills to attract, develop and empower talent.
