Head of Growth – B2B SaaS

About the role

Influencer Hero is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform that helps brands run and scale influencer marketing programs. We are entering a new growth phase and need a senior leader to own and accelerate our demand‑generation engine, with the potential to evolve into a CMO‑level position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall growth and marketing strategy, setting targets for qualified pipeline, ARR, CAC and revenue.
• Scale existing inbound channels (SEO, content, email, paid acquisition, social, webinars, events) and launch new growth experiments.
• Collaborate with sales and founders on ICP, ABM, enterprise GTM, lead quality and positioning.
• Elevate brand positioning, website, case studies and thought‑leadership content for mid‑market and enterprise buyers.
• Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team, including internal hires, freelancers, agencies and AI‑driven workflows.
• Own funnel analytics from traffic to ARR, tracking CAC, conversion rates, channel ROI and overall marketing efficiency.
• Manage the marketing budget and technology stack, leveraging AI and automation to maximize output.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth or marketing experience with direct ownership of demand generation and pipeline.
• Proven track record scaling SaaS companies in early‑to‑growth stages, preferably from $1M to $20M+ ARR.
• Strong commercial judgment, experience selling to US, UK or European enterprise buyers, and excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with funnel, CRM, attribution and revenue data.
• Experience building and managing high‑performing marketers, freelancers or agencies.
