Head of Influencer Marketing, Affiliate & Partnerships

About the role

Eneba is seeking a senior leader to head Influencer Marketing, Affiliate and Partnerships, driving growth across these key channels. You will shape strategy, build high‑performing teams and work cross‑functionally with product, commerce, engineering and design.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for influencer, affiliate and partnership channels to support the next stage of growth.
• Design operating models, playbooks and team structures needed to scale the function.
• Embed experimentation, AI and data‑driven decision making into daily operations.
• Partner with product, commerce and engineering to create solutions that unlock sustainable business growth.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing team, coaching and removing obstacles to accelerate performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record building and scaling high‑growth marketing channels with significant business impact.
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate programs and strategic partnerships.
• Experience growing businesses across multiple international markets and managing large marketing budgets.
• Data‑and AI‑driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Performance marketing metrics (acquisition, attribution, CAC, LTV).
• Cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills.
