Head of Marketing Communications

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to shape the marketing and communications direction of a leading professional services organization in the Baltics. The Head of Marketing Communications will strengthen the brand, increase market visibility, and act as a key partner to the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy for Lithuania.
• Create annual action plans and budgets in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Launch initiatives that enhance brand perception, market visibility, and client experience.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure a consistent corporate image.
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Baltic‑region colleagues on joint brand and communication projects.
• Oversee CRM and other marketing tools, ensuring data quality and effective usage.
• Lead and develop the marketing and communications team, setting priorities and tracking performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing a team.
• 4‑6 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand development or related fields.
• Proven experience in B2B environments; professional services background is a plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
