HR Projects & Employee Experience Specialist (Baltics)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Projects & Employee Experience Specialist to shape people initiatives across the Baltic region. You will lead strategic HR projects, drive engagement surveys and champion DEI, employer branding, and well‑being programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategic HR projects for the Baltic markets.
• Design, launch and analyse employee engagement surveys and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Develop and roll out Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external employer‑branding activities.
• Create and deliver well‑being and leadership development programmes.
• Support performance‑management and succession‑planning processes.
• Prepare HR analytics, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Baltic and ERGO Group colleagues to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in People & Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Management or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR or organisational‑development projects.
• Hands‑on experience in at least two of the following: employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, employer branding, well‑being, talent management or DEI.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
