HR Services Specialist – Business Travel Compliance

About the role

Join the HR Services team at Danske Bank and become the central point for international business travel tax compliance. You will work across employee mobility, payroll, taxation and compliance, ensuring travel is managed accurately and in line with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business travel tax compliance activities with employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax and external service providers.
• Collect, review and analyse travel, payroll and taxation data, monitoring data quality and investigating inconsistencies.
• Support cross‑border compliance processes, ensuring timely completion of reporting and payroll deadlines.
• Investigate employee cases, resolve tax‑related questions and follow up on payments, reconciliations and refunds.
• Identify process risks, root causes and improvement opportunities, contributing to automation and employee‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in HR, payroll, finance, taxation, compliance or related operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling large data sets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
