Inbound Sales Representative - French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our Vilnius office. You will be part of a growing sales team that handles phone and online inquiries from the French market, turning interest into satisfied customers without any cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into successful sales.
• Identify customer needs, provide expert guidance and recommend the best prefabricated wooden building solutions.
• Support customers throughout the post‑order process until delivery.
• Coordinate with architects and the factory to ensure smooth production and delivery of bespoke products.
• Share knowledge with teammates and continuously improve sales practices.
• Help raise the overall quality of customer support.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1+) and good spoken/written English (B level or higher).
• Strong communication, empathy and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Quick, efficient working style with a focus on momentum in the sales process.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated; sales or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with a CRM system and selling high‑value or customizable products is an advantage.
