Inbound Sales Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Pineca Group seeks a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to serve the French market. You will turn phone and online inquiries into sales, guiding customers through product selection and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into successful sales without cold outreach.
• Identify customer needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend tailored product solutions.
• Support customers throughout the post‑order process until delivery.
• Coordinate with architects and the factory to ensure smooth production of bespoke products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share knowledge and improve sales practices.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1+) and good spoken/written English (B level or above).
• Strong communication, empathy, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize inquiries, and maintain accuracy.
• Quick, efficient working style with the capacity to keep momentum in the sales process.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as is experience with CRM systems or high‑value/customizable products.
